My initial thoughts on receiving this were that it comes very nicely packaged...there is something upscale about it from the get go. A nice box opens onto a material bag containing the wallet. The wallet itself looks very handsome and well made, with nice stitching and lots of slots for cards.I especially like the double pocket with the divider down the middle in the main part of the wallet (where you would store cash). This is great for me, as I collect receipts wherever I go (the joys of being self-employed!) and it's nice to have a separate compartment from my cash (although you could equally split your cash into $1s and $5s in one pocket and then larger denominations in the other or however else you'd like to do it, depending on your lifestyle).Another really nice thing is that the wallet folds very flat in my pocket; even when it is full it takes up a lot less room than my old one.But...this also leads to my main reservation and the reason I haven't given it the full 5 stars: I can't get all the cards I used to carry with me into this wallet. The card slots are very nicely made and hold the cards tightly, but this tightness also means I can't put two cards in the same slot, so will have to leave some at home that I'd normally take, or else remember to swap them out in my wallet depending on where I think I'll be going that day. I can also see a slight bowing on some of the cards, depending on which part of the wallet they're in. Of course, the pockets might stretch with use, but looking at the design of the wallet, I think it's too well made for that, ha ha!In summary, if (unlike me) you don't have a lot of cards to take with you, this is a really nicely made, stylish wallet that takes up a lot less space than you'd think and at this price, you really can't go wrong!This is a great wallet! Slim enough to not be a burden in your pocket, yet sizable enough to hold all your various cards and other necessities. The leather is smooth and solid with no cracking, seams are also good. I was very pleased with this wallet over my old bulky one. My old wallet was about to explode with the various cards I have, yet this new wallet can handle my cards plus a lot more and still feel really slim.My previous wallet didn't last long. I have a lot of Md apts. therfor cards. I am trying to see that this wallet does not have the same problems as with my previous. The slits where cards can go breaks from top to bottom. So I hope I have this wallet a log time. After a week with the wallet everything is satisfactory. I need the clear piece to show the machine on the city bus, in Providence.So far great!
